Revenue Guarantee
If collected revenue from new patients generated by our campaigns doesn’t cover your agreed advertising spend and our management fees during the first three campaign months…
We’ll manage your campaign for one additional month free.
Advertising spend remains payable. Eligibility requires the agreed budget, appointment capacity, follow-up process and verifiable outcome reporting. This is a management-fee guarantee, not a refund or profit guarantee.
How the guarantee works
Period: three calendar months from campaign launch. We agree the start date, attribution method, budget and reporting arrangements before starting.
Revenue: payments collected during that period from new patients attributable to our campaigns, net of refunds and VAT payable on those sales. Unpaid bookings and uncollected treatment balances do not count.
Threshold: management fees actually charged for the initial period plus agreed advertising expenditure, including VAT your clinic cannot recover. The optional GBP project is excluded. Any budget increase is agreed with you and reflected in the threshold.
Eligibility: maintain the agreed budget, appointment capacity and follow-up responsibilities, and provide verifiable booking/payment information through appropriate limited access or exports. You can buy the service without sharing outcome information, but the guarantee will not apply. Eligibility is confirmed before purchase.
Remedy: one additional management month without a service fee. Advertising remains payable. There is no cash reimbursement or open-ended free work. Cancellation does not remove an earned free month: you can use it and leave afterwards without another paid renewal.
Interruptions: pre-launch delays do not consume the measurement period. Norsu-caused interruptions do not reset it or remove eligibility. Material clinic-requested or external pauses require a written agreement covering dates, budget and billing, with no automatic extra paid month.

Which clinics and treatments are a good fit?
We’re initially focusing on UK clinics offering mole, cyst and lipoma removal. We can consider another treatment where advertising eligibility, provider credentials, local demand, margins and capacity support it. Each campaign starts with one primary treatment focus.
What if I already have a treatment landing page?
We review it and improve it where suitable. If a new page is needed, the package includes one template-based landing page, normally on your own website. A separate compliant treatment site, if genuinely required, is scoped before launch, including any domain and hosting costs.
Do you guarantee profit or a set number of patients?
No. The revenue guarantee offers one extra management month if the defined revenue threshold is missed and eligibility conditions are met. It does not cover treatment delivery costs, reimburse your investment or guarantee a number of bookings. The Growth Map separately checks whether profitable patient acquisition looks plausible.
When do billing and the initial term begin?
The first payment is collected at onboarding and credited to your first campaign month, which starts at launch. Subsequent monthly payments follow the launch anniversary. The initial commitment and guarantee measurement both run for three calendar months from launch.
What happens at the end of the three months?
We check in at the start of month three, then assess the guarantee at the end of that month. The fourth payment is not processed until that assessment is complete. You can continue monthly, take an earned free management month, or leave. To stop a paid renewal, give at least 14 days’ notice before the renewal date. An existing cancellation remains effective unless you choose to extend solely for the free month; accepting it does not require another paid renewal.
Do I have to share access to my booking system?
For guarantee eligibility, we need verifiable booking and payment outcomes. Appropriate limited access or exports can provide this; unrestricted access to clinical records is not required. You can choose the service without outcome reporting, but the guarantee won’t apply. Any advertising measurement setup is assessed separately for policy and privacy requirements.
What if I want to increase advertising spend?
Where demand, patient economics and capacity support it, we can increase the agreed budget up to £1,000/month without changing the £499 management fee. Additional treatment campaigns, locations or higher spending are scoped and priced with you before expansion.
